This benchmark producer of Cerasuolo di Vittoria is one of Sicily's leaders in well-made natural wine. All of the farming is certified organic here, and the winemaking is done with minimal intervention. This blend of 60% Nero d'Avola and 40% Frappato is in especially fine form this vintage.
